Day 1 (Friday). Depart from the US
Day 2 (Saturday) Arrival in Paris, airport pick-up, transfer to 3-star hotel. Meeting in the lobby of the hotel with a guide. Evening tour of Paris, boat ride on the Seine with Russian audio guide . Night in Paris.
Day 3 (Sunday). 09.00 Breakfast. Sightseeing 3-hour bus tour of Paris from the hotel. Includes the most beautiful avenue in the world - the Champs-Elysees, with opportunity to take photos of magnificent Place de la Concorde . Also includes the Eiffel Tower.
In the afternoon, a trip to Versailles, with a tour of the castle. Today Versailles is included in the list of historical and cultural heritage of UNESCO. In the evening, perhaps visit one of the shows - book in advance. * Night in Paris.
Day 4 (Monday). Breakfast. Transfer to the Tours (240 km). Visit the castles of the Loire Valley, where you can plunge into the magnificent world of the French Renaissance and meet with the three masterpieces of architecture of this era - Chambord , Amboise, and the elegant castle of Villandry. Villandry Gardens are a prime example of the French landscape art. The program provides for a walk round the gardens - tourists buy tickets themselves.* Night in Tours.
Day 5 (Tuesday).. Breakfast. Transfer to Cognac. home of the drink by the same name.. A visit to the castle Chateaude Cognac, the birthplace of Francis of Angouleme. The tour includes a visit to the XI century Cathedral of St. Andrew, a walk around of the Palace of the Dukes of Rohan, the early Christian sanctuary of St-Seurin, the majestic ruins of the Roman amphitheater of the III century, as well as the architectural ensemble of Place de la Bourse, Pey Berland and Comedy, which is included in the UNESCO list. Night in Bordeaux.
Day 6 (Wednesday). Breakfast. Transfer to Toulouse (245 km) - the capital of the medieval and modern Toulouse County in the Midi-Pyrénées region. The tour provides an external examination of the local Capitol, City Hall, the Dominican church, with the final resting place of St. Thomas Aquinas, and the Cathedral of Notre-Dame-de-Ia -Daurade. Moving to Carcassonne (Carcassonne) (95 km) - the most beautiful and famous medieval fortress of France. Day 7 (Thursday). Breakfast. Transfer to Avignon (Avignon), on the way we visit Narbonne (155 km) or the city of Arles (170 km), . Arles was an important Phoenician trading port even before it became part of the Roman Empire. Avignon is one of the jewels of sunny Provence, filled with colors and scents of the south. Day 8 (Friday). Breakfast. A crossing in Nice (260 km) - the end point of our stay. On the way to the city of Cannes, with a short stop. During the excursion you will see the Palais des Festivals, the ladder of fame, which raised world-famous movie stars; La Croisette, which runs along the Bay of Cannes from the Palais des Festivals to the prestigious Casino Palm Beach. Close to the Croisette is the harbor with the luxury yachts. You will visit the heart of the city - the old Nice near the Opera Square and the Palace of Justice. This quarter is almost entirely closed to cars. Musicians and artists, countless traditional restaurants, churches, picturesque flower market, small pedestrian streets, which housed many boutiques.. Day 9 (Saturday). Breakfast. A trip to the Principality of Monaco (22 km) and visit its main quarter of Monte Carlo. The city is known for its casinos, beaches and is popular with members of "high society." Overnight in Nice.
Day 10 (Sunday). Breakfast, and departure to the airport.
