Israel is very small country, but its climate is very different. Average temperatures of January from 21º to +50ºF, July - from 75ºF to 86ºF, but one and the same temperature because of the difference in the humidity of air, in the different regions of the country is received differently. Sediments it falls out from 4" to 32" per year, predominantly in winter (since November until March). The greatest amount of precipitation falls out usually in December - February. Summer is long (since April until October), is hot and is dry. In Eilat is hot during the entire year (since April until October average temperature near +80º F), while on the north of the country and in the mountain regions it is sufficiently cool. In summer from the Arabian and Sinai deserts blow the hot drying up winds “sharaf]s and “khamsin”, and the intrusions of moist and warm air masses from the Mediterranean sea are in winter frequent. The temperature of water in Dead sea varies from +67ºF in February to +88ºF in August. The average temperature of air in autumn and in spring of +80ºF, in winter +68ºF, and in summer exceeds +95ºF.

The majority of stores are opened since Sunday until Thursday from 9.00 to 19.00, on Friday to 14:00. Some of them are shut to the interruption from 13.00 to 16.00. The large commercial centers, located in all cities, on the working days are opened from 8.00 to 22.00. On Saturdays they are opened after its outcome. There are duty-free trade stores in the international airports Ben-Gurion and Eilat.
The best perchases in Israel are jewerly items made from gold and silver, table maps, perfumery from Dead sea.
